Do you conduct qualitative research?

Yes. Indeed most of our projects are qualitative. 

We regularly undertake qualitative projects, principally involving focus groups and IDIs (in-depth interviews) in Ghana and across our coverage areas in Africa. 

We can provide full service from research design, through to reporting, or maybe you only want help with recruitment and/or moderation:  we offer high quality recruitment and extremely experienced moderators.

Do you conduct quantitative research?

Absolutely. 50% of our projects are quantitative.  We undertake quantitative projects across our coverage areas: face-to-face PAPI/CAPI, CATI/telephone. We have a nationwide network of interviewers for face-to-face surveys, including in-home, doorstep, street and CLTs (central location/hall tests).  We can provide full service from research design, sampling, questionnaire design, through to logistics and reporting. We do not sub-contract because we want to be certain of the outcomes and our integrity.

What if we only want to access part of your service offering? i.e not full service

No problem.  Whilst we are a full service agency, we have many clients who ask for such services.  You may wish to design your own study, have us undertake the fieldwork and data entry, and write your own report from the data file and/or tabulations provided.  You may be undertaking a large-scale qualitative study and want to bring on board additional experienced moderators from our staff to work alongside your  moderators – we can undertake depths/groups and provide feedback (audio/video, debrief/report as required).  Let us know where you need help, and we are sure to be able to provide a competitive price for you to access just the services you need

What are your data quality standards?

Before we even go to field, all programming is verified to ensure its accuracy. While on field, our supervising staff monitor over 20% of all interviews ensuring that the data we collect is accurate.  Additionally, all data undergoes strict data cleaning procedures to ensure accuracy.  We abide by all industry standards for data quality

What do I need to provide to you for survey programming?

All you need to provide is a word document and we will transfer that script into a CATI that you can test before the field begins.  Typically, programming is completed within 1-2 business day

What interviewing language do you offer?

​

We offer English or French interviewing at our standard rates.  We also have capabilities to interview in local languages within our coverage areas.

How do i get my data?

​

We can provide data in a wide variety of industry statistical database formats.  We can also perform cross-tabulations for you as well as other inferential statistics as per your needs.  We turn around all data within 1-2 business days after field completion.

How clean is your data and do you offer quality control service?

​

Our quality control checks are: 100% of our qualitative recruits are rescreened from our office; 20% of all quantitative respondents (face-to-face or telephone) are re-contacted for quality control purposes; 100% of our data entry is verified (double-entered) to ensure accuracy. Our project managers are ‘hands-on’ and close to all elements of the research, ensuring excellent communication, flexibility to change, and quality control throughout

Do i need to provide you with sample?

We have in-house sampling capabilities for Ghana and some West African countries.  Besides we have  formed strategic partnerships with leading sample and panel providers allowing us to buy in large volumes and securing discounts which we pass on to you.  Alternatively, you can provide us with your own sample that we can clean and format for you.
